Back in the days, people were storing their food underground to keep it fresh and used lots of salt to preserve meat. Appliances were not used the way we do now. However, this has changed ever since refrigerators have been introduced in our lives.

In general, the process of refrigeration is responsible for making your commodities cooler. The process starts when the liquid absorbs the heat and then finishes when the liquid is condensed and is being released.
To work properly, the refrigerator needs five components – expansion device, evaporator, condenser coils, compressor, and refrigerant. The refrigerant is a liquid inside the refrigerator. It circulates within the expansion device and turns into gas. Once the gas reaches the evaporator, it works to remove the heat from the inside of the refrigerator.
Then the refrigerant liquid goes into the compressor. There it raises its temperature and pressure and turns into a hot gas that is going to the condenser coils. This hot gas is released into the atmosphere where it cools off. Finally, it goes back as a liquid, so that the process is repeated all over again.
