On the bottom is a bracket where a cable is attached when it is going up and down. The weatherstrip sits on the bottom of the door and is fit into place.
Fasten it to the door with a bracket and screw it on. When you are screwing everything on the door, make sure you use screws that are durable enough to withstand inclement weather conditions, as a majority of the screws are going to be facing the outside. Take the panel and put it on the floor in the opening and center it. You are going to want to make sure there is a little bit of space between the track and the door.
